Welcome to my website. My name is Elaine and I have enjoyed making and decorating Celebration Cakes for over 16 years. I decided to study Cake Decoration at Blackburn College, England all those years ago and attained a City and Guilds certificate with distinctions for the Design and Decoration of Flour Confectionery.
I now only make cakes for friends and family, but feel free to browse my pages for inspiration, if you are a cake decorator, bride or are planning a birthday surprise.
