The cake was to die for! I?m not sure that much of it got eaten but someone very kindly put two of the fairy cakes in our room which we ate at about 4am. It was the nicest cake I´ve ever tasted, i think I even ate half of James? as well :o)

Just wanted to thank you for the beautiful wedding cake you made and decorated for our wedding on  19th July 2006 at Santa Ponsa Country Club.  The cake looked fantastic (and tasted great).  The iced flower arrangment on top was absolutely fantastic and very intricate.  I have kept this arrangement and brought it home with me. Hi Elaine,   I know we have spoken since the wedding, but we are now home and I just wanted to say a really big thank you to all the people who made our wedding so special this time last week.  the cakes were fantastic,  a big hit with my daughter and her friends who kept buzzing down for room service in the afternoon and asking for a tray of them to be delivered for the few days after the wedding!!.  They looked fantastic, and tasted very good as well which is a real bonus!    I am not sure that we will ever have the need for cakes in Mallorca in the future but if we do then we know who to call.  Once again thank you very much indeed.   With very kind regards   KERREExx
